Diane works with many of Norman Hecht Research’s top clients, including local TV stations, television station groups and television networks, in understanding and analyzing Nielsen’s methodology, including sample and ratings analyses. In addition, Diane is intimately involved in examining new ratings methods for our clients, both for television and other media.
Diane started at Norman Hecht Research as a manager, and quickly rose to Director. In March 2005, Diane became a Vice President of Norman Hecht Research, the position she currently holds.
Diane joined Norman Hecht Research in February 2000. Prior to joining Norman Hecht Research, Diane worked for Royal Insurance in the home office property/casualty claims division and for Coopers & Lybrand in the Actuarial, Benefits and Compensation consulting practice before taking time off to raise a family.
Diane earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, magna cum laude, from the University of North Carolina. |
